Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing holiday with your loved one, family or friends. The cottage is located 38km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a kitchen-living room with alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room, and a sauna. In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (additional charge of 100 euros). Air source heat pump and municipal water. Large grass yard. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. (Swimming in late summer is a bit tricky) A rowing boat and 2 SUP boards are available!

Cottage in a quiet location on the shore of the fishy Lake Juojärvi. You can enjoy a meal prepared in an idyllic home on the sunny terrace. In the vicinity of the cottage you will find berry and mushroom forests. This cottage is not disturbed by electrical appliances, but the necessary energy is produced by the power of the sun. The atmosphere is created by a cozy fireplace in the cottage and what is more wonderful than brewing your morning coffee unhurriedly with a traditional wood stove. Villa Riihi - nature and peace & a unique beach sauna

If you're looking for a day out, there are some beautiful places to visit in the local area: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 mins): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges and lake basins. – Two-person tour: A woodland trail that ends at a viewpoint overlooking the lake. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the viewing tower. Near the house, there are forest paths for peaceful walks – on your own, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You will find the instructions in the cottage folder.

Spacious two-room apartment (52 sqm) in a good location in the city center by the harbor. Large balcony to the south with lake view. Free parking in the warm garage downstairs, access to the apartment by elevator. Electric car charging, charged according to consumption. Barrier-free access. Cooling air heat pump. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a box mattress. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). In addition, if necessary, an air mattress 80 cm. The resident has access to the housing company's gym on the 1st floor, which has comprehensive home gym equipment.

This traditional log cabin offers a peaceful hideaway right on the lake shore. Hand-carved from thick logs, the cottage exudes peace. The cabin has a high living room, a reserved fireplace, a kitchen, a spacious wood-burning sauna with benches and a shower, a dressing room, a toilet, a sleeping loft and a bedroom, a covered porch and a separate sauna for post-sauna cooling. In summer, the special feature of the place is the tinkling of the cowbell on the adjacent, fenced forest pasture when a small herd arrives at the beach to drink.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Next to the main cottage, there is a summer sleeping cabin with stunning panoramic lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).

For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.
