A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 15/5.

Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

A walk of about 15 minutes along the Fyrisån river takes you to the city center, or alternatively, you have 1 minute to the city buses. Parking for cars is available.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right on the lake. You come here to enjoy nature and relax. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the forest right at your doorstep. Nearby you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you wish to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Guesthouse - at the shore of Lake Mälaren

We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
