Monthly Rentals in Kala Nera

Martinica is our coming back place for summer vacation with friends and family. Great place to rest, good spot to discover beautiful Pelion. Hospitality of Maria and her mother is exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kala Nera - the studio was practically at the beach, we had everything we needed in the radius of 50 metres. The accommodation was very comfortable during the hot hours, and we especially enjoyed the inner yard with its natural shade. The beach was very clean and not too crowded, and prices everywhere were reasonable. We've spent an ideal lazy vacation, spending all our time swimming and reading at the beach and in the shade of the yard. However, if one is interested in exploring the region, it's an excellent starting point - far enough from the crowds of Volos, but not too far. We hope to come back again!

great house with everything you need for a nice stay and in a super location. close to everything.

we loved it. we walked in and we knew it was the perfect setup for us and our three children. AC upstairs works well, nice yard kids can play in, kitchen you can actually cook in and nice living room to hang out as family. The house is near the "main road" of West Pellion- this does not mean it's noisy. it does make it a great base for exploring all of Pellion (mountains, west side, south Pellion and east). 10 minute walk from beach (3 year old pace). was nice for us not to be on direct shore line. Amazing hosts- kind, respectful, responsive and helpful. Their parents live next door- very nice, respectful and friendly. We loved it
