Peltola Mummola, a rustic house in the outskirts of Kalajoki

Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the courtyard of the farm in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation has been renovated to modern standards in 2013, preserving the atmosphere of an old-time granny. Our property is located in a quiet side village of Kalajoki, 17 km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärki. Our yard is home to rabbits, chickens, cats, dogs, horses and ponies. A trampoline, a pedal car and a sandbox are also available for guests. There is a barbecue canopy in the yard with a gas grill.

The distance from Hiekkasärkkien abc is 2 km. Hilmantori (the nearest dining places) is 900 m along the walking paths, 1.5 km by car. The apartment has large windows facing the golf course. The apartment is a good fit for 2+2. Please note: Sheets and towels are only included for longer rentals (week or more). Otherwise, rentals are available.

The apartments of the rare beach plot are located on a sandy beach by the sea. Kalajoki Golf, one of Finland's best golf courses, and Hiekkasärkkien numerous year-round services are within walking distance. A new, high-quality and maritime holiday and recreation center is being built near the Hiekkasärkkien tourist center in the Marina area.

The two-story loft apartment is central, but in a quiet location, with a nice forest view from the balcony. The beach, ski trails, and hiking trails are within walking distance! Pets are welcome too! Welcome to spend your holiday in Kalajoki in a peaceful cottage, close to Hiekkasärkit. From the cottage, it is about 3 km to the islet along the roads (shorter on foot) and about 10 km to Kalajoki. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. There are hiking trails in the vicinity of the cottage and the golf course is right next door. The nearest beach is about 400m away. The cottage is also used by the host.
