Our accommodation, "Mummola", is the old main building of our farm in the farmyard in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation was renovated to a modern standard in 2013, while retaining the atmosphere of an old-fashioned farmhouse. Our property is located in a quiet hamlet of Kalajoki, 17 km from the centre of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärki. Our yard is home to rabbits, chickens, cats and a dog. A trampoline, a pedal car and a sandpit are also available for guests to use. There is a barbecue gazebo in the yard with a gas barbecue. In the summer of 2026, a yard sauna will be available.

The cottage is well equipped with, for example, an air-source heat pump, new beds, a washing machine, a gas barbecue and dishes. Here, couples and families alike are comfortable on their own! Downstairs there is a bedroom with a 160cm wide quality bed and a divan sofa in the living room. There are two high-quality 90 cm beds on the mezzanine upstairs.

The beach, ski slopes and hiking trails are within walking distance! Pets are also welcome! The apartment has one double bedroom downstairs, a small upstairs bedroom and a hall with a workstation. The living room has a sofa bed that can be spread out. There is room for 4+2 guests.

This 2-story 88m2 vacation home was completed in the fall of 2023 and was commissioned in 052024.
