Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kalamaki Beach

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad bij Effies cozy house. Het appartement ontbreekt aan niks, is schoon met ruime kamers en de host doet het fantastisch. Als host staat Effie altijd vriendelijk voor je klaar, ze stuurt handige tips en laat je lekkere locale dingen proeven. Zo kregen we echt een warm welkom met heerlijke limonade. Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad en willen zeker eens terugkomen! Een echte aanrader dus!

ns verblijf in het guesthouse van Violetta was ronduit schitterend. Het huisje is prachtig gelegen in de heuvels, met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee – elke ochtend wakker worden was een klein geluksmoment. De faciliteiten zijn volledig in orde en maken het mogelijk om zorgeloos te genieten van een ontspannende vakantie. Alles was netjes, goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Violetta zelf is een fantastische host: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds bereikbaar voor vragen of tips. Dankzij haar warme ontvangst en de rustgevende omgeving hadden we een onvergetelijke tijd. Een echte aanrader!

Jolie maison très agréable, meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, avec tous les équipements, grande cuisine, barbecue, etc .. A l'extérieur nous avons profité de la grande terrasse très ombragée. la cour offre une grande intimité. Le village à proximité à pied est très agréable, et offre de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Tout était parfait, je recommande. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité, et leurs attentions.

Un immense coup de cœur ! Cléopâtre est une hôte exceptionnelle, pleine de chaleur, de générosité et d'attentions. Dès notre arrivée, on s’est sentis comme chez nous. Elle veille à chaque détail pour rendre le séjour inoubliable et prend même le temps de s’assurer que tout se passe bien. La maison est un vrai cocon, originale et pleine de charme, avec une ambiance qui invite à la détente. Et que dire du cadre… une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et la montagne ! Merci du fond du cœur à Cléopâtre pour ce moment hors du temps. Une rencontre précieuse et un séjour qu’on n’oubliera jamais !

We had a wonderful stay at Ilse's. It is perfectly situated in Rethymno old town, so that you are no more than 10-15 minutes stroll from the beach, harbour, and shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. Ilse was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had questions and throughout the booking process. It's exactly as shown in the photos, and the rooftop is a wonderful addition. I will say if you struggle with stairs then it's probably not for you, but if that's not a consideration it's a perfect set up. Thank you Ilse, I will be recommending this spot.

Alexandro was very responsive and helpful. The location has a beautiful view of the harbor and very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit bei Giannis. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, hat alle angegebenen Ausstattungen vorhanden und vor allem eine super Küche, die nichts missen lässt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Meerblick, mit dem man jeden Abend Schiffe begutachten kann.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Olga and his husband give us a great welcoming, the appartement is clean and well places. I do recommand to stay in Chryso appartement !

Dimitris has been a very helpful host suggesting us a lot of activities around Kouses. Zaneta is taking care of the flat and she has been very friendly and present for any request. She also brought us the bread from the church and a traditional soup on Easter. We could understand each other even if we didn't speak any language in common. The terrace of the flat has a wonderful view on the Psiloritis mount and the hills around and it's great time to sit there at sunset. The village is cozy, very friendly people, a great kafenion/taverna. Maria -the owner- adopted us for dinner and we loces her home-made food. We felt at home. Definitely I would reccomend staying at Dimitris' place!

Η Γεωργια είναι άψογη!!! άμεση στις απαντήσεις της σε ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε! μας βοήθησε υπερβολικά με τις συμβουλές της για τα μέρη και τα εστιατόρια που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές! το δωμάτιο της μικρής μας κόρης είχε πολλά παιχνίδια, παραμύθια και παζλ που μπορούσε να κάτσει με τις ώρες και εμείς να ξεκουραστούμε! ακόμη και η κουβέρτα της είχε τα αγαπημένα της unicorns! Η πισίνα του συγκροτήματος ήταν μεγάλη και πολύ καθαρή! η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σε 5 λεπτά βρισκόσουν στη Γεωργιούπολη που υπήρχε περισσότερος κόσμος και μπορούσες να ψωνισεις από σούπερ μάρκετ, καθως να φας και να απολαύσεις ένα ποτό. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία Γεωργία!!! θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα!

Smart Plan was the best AirBnB that we have ever stayed in! And we have stayed in over 50 AirBnB’s! Our hosts were so kind, friendly and they brought the most delicious treats for us! Fresh from the garden and cooked from the heart! The apartment was clean, spacious, had plenty of storage, it had everything that we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room, easy to use TV, comfortable bed, very quiet at night, and two balconies! We used one balcony to hang our clothes to dry and the other to enjoy the sun at the end of a long day of sightseeing! They also had private parking for us! We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend them! Our experience could not have been better!

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Le logement est vraiment tres bien situé, très accesible a pied et on peut facilement se garer dans les rues aux alentours. Le logement était très propre et correspondait parfait à la description. Le vrai plus est la machine à laver ! George est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l’écoute et disponible !

Θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μοντέρνο, σύγχρονο, εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό. Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, όλα είναι δίπλα. Το μεγαλύτερο bonus είναι η θέση στάθμευσης σε υπόγειο γκαραζ, που είναι και μέσα στην τιμή, διότι είναι πολύ δύσκολο το παρκινγκ στο ηράκλειο. Γενικά μας βόλεψε και φυσικά ο κ. Γιάννης πολύ εξυπηρετικός τον ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!!

Kostis was such a helpful host and we loved his neat-as-a-pin and comfortable apartment a stone’s throw from Lion Square, particularly lounging in the hammock on the large, sun-drenched balcony with a view to snow-capped mountains and the beautiful blue sea. Kostis was kind enough to leave us some fresh bread, butter and honey for breakfast which we were grateful for as we arrived late on a Saturday night. His recommendations were excellent and he booked us a table at a sensational restaurant just around the corner (Peskesi) at our request. The apartment was cool on a hot day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine came in handy too. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻

Stamatis war ein exzellenter Gastgeber, der auf Fragen und Wünsche hervorragend eingegangen ist. Ein tolles Apartment, super gepflegt, hervorragende Ausstattung und alles da, was man braucht. Tolle Küche, schöne Badezimmer, und ein traumhafter Whirlpool. Die Terrasse in Richtung süden war perfekt, um tagsüber Sonne zu haben. Waschmaschine und Utensilien zum Putzen waren auch vorhanden, so dass ein längerer Aufenthalt von 4 Wochen einfach toll war. Gern immer wieder. Eine schöne Unterkunft, mit einem tollen Gastgeber und super schönen Restaurants in der Nähe. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die sowohl Ruhe, wie auch Strandnähe und Restaurants erleben wollen. Mit einem Auto (auch von Stamatis) kann man problemlos von hier die Insel erkunden. Wir kommen wieder, auf jeden Fall!
