Xristina gave us a really warm welcome, and explanation on the house amenities. The house is very comfortable, spacious, light, well constructed and equipped with all amenities and even more than that. It has a good luxury feeling. Good quality interior. . Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was filled with groceries when we arrived. Outside seating with privacy for both sun and shade. Xristina gave good advice on restaurants and local beaches ( there is several really nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away and the one across the street of course) all in all. Great place, great host hope to be back again

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Kate’s place was heavenly! Nice, quiet, clean, safe, spacious place 75m from the beach. Friendly people, amazing hosts, nice local restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here!

We stayed here last year and returned this year. Which says all you need to know. The house is great. So is Kardamyli. And we love the Mani.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

We had a great stay at the studio. The host gave us very useful information for the region and answered always fast and very friendly. The location is good for some days near Kalamata.

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

The accommodation was in a great location, we walked to the city center, close to the shopping and entertainment. There was parking next to us, we didn't have any trouble. It was well-equipped, it could have been a little more. The apartment was a little smaller than I expected, the balcony doors didn't open enough because of the bed and couch. The balcony is very cool and beautiful, like in the photos. The owner was very helpful, I called him to fix a bug and fixed it on the same day. Very good choice for stay in the center but also for excursions to the prefecture of Messinia! We would definitely stay again!

Really close to the bus station and in the middle of the old part of Kalamata. Lots of night life from the balcony. Clean and comfortable

Lovely apartment with an amazing view, very clean and well kept

A spacious city apartment for a maximum of 6 people, which is actually lived in again and again. Large parking lot nearby. Fantastic view from the elongated, but rather narrow balcony over the harbor bustle and the bay. 300 m to the city beach, 200 m to the magnificent central square of the small town. Two bedrooms go to the back and are very quiet. Great communication with the owner. Immediate response to our requests. Generous welcome gifts, plus bread, milk, water, jam for us in the fridge. A wonderful vacation region with many excursion possibilities with Pylos as a perfect starting point and very good range of shops and restaurants. Great, lasting memories!

it was a very thoughtful, very clean, and spacious 3. I was impressed by the whole desing and how beautifully the owners have decorated it, with very nice colors, materials, and special lighting. I will definitely stay there again next time. it was in a very quiet area with ample parking. people have made it perfect. thank you very much.

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

It was better than I expected the house,very clean, close to the sea,and with parking for the car. Kìm was very hospitable ,kind, helped us with what we asked her about the area. And of course if I visit the area again, I will book again in the same house to Kim. Thanks for everything.

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

Maria is a responsive host who does not hesitate to give recommendations for activities. The place is comfortable with everything that is useful for the comfort of guests (hair dryer, cleaning products...). The place is perfect for a family, close to the sea to have fun before going to visit the surrounding area. A lot of interesting sights around. Thank you to Maria for kindness.

Clean, well-maintained space with all the essentials. It felt like home. It has an equipped and spacious terrace, that's where we spent most of our time. The private parking space was catalytic. In the summer we're thinking about revisiting you. Thank you so much!
