Charming 1880s Chicken Coop Turned Tiny House Getaway in Historic Kalamazoo Enjoy a cozy stay that is close to Kalamazoo's restaurants and attractions. On 22 acres with trails near Al Sabo Land Preserve. Beautiful and picturesque view of property from the living room space. The apartment is fully furnished with linens and dishes. Oak Ranch on Rose Place

This adorable 1880's town home is decorated in original, pristine condition, ranch oak furniture from 1950's. This furniture was manufactured in the beautiful south west, and remains very collectible even today. We have also taken advantage of the western theme by adding Native American pieces through out the house. The space is almost 1000 square feet with full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. We are located within walking distance of the downtown entertainment district.

It’s located in the City of Kalamazoo so guests should expect normal city sounds.

Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.
