Monthly Rentals in Kalamies Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Rita's with our two daughters age 2 and 6. Rita was always responsive and helpful and provided baby gates, crib, and high chair. The house is perfect for a family to stay at and the nearby beaches are nice for the kids, we really liked Serena Beach which was just a 10 minute walk away. The bus stop is right near the house so we could go to the waterpark and to the underwater sculpture site for a snorkel. If you use the bus just be aware that it fills up especially in the evenings and one evening we could not get one back and after waiting an hour had to give up and take a taxi back to the house which of course is much more expensive.

Loved my stay at Marios's place. Marios was very responsive and happy to help with any questions/recommendations. The flat looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to find. I asked for some black out curtains for the bedroom as it got bright very early and Marios provided them happily. The kitchen had almost everything I needed - though some basic salt, pepper, and oil would've been great. Check in was easy and quick with getting the keys from the lockbox. The location was great, 2 minutes from the beach and a 20-30 min beautiful walk along the sea into Protaras/to Fig Tree Bay. One thing I will say is that the walls in the apartment complex are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours. Earplugs helped somewhat, that's my only real naggle and overall it was a great stay.

Highly recommended, Jan responded promptly to any of our requests. Apparment spotless clean, beautifully decorated, family oriented and pet friendly. The location is convenient, a very quiet neighbourhood with court facilities and a pool. We highly recommend the place.

Zarko is a great communicator, and very helpful. The apartment is great just as described, and the location was very good. Some of the beaches are spectacular. We had a great time despite the weather being windy and a bit variable but that's only to be expected so early in the year. We certainly hope to visit again.
