Panoramic sea view and picturesque landscape of capital village. A fully equipped, cozy apartment (living room- bedroom, kitchen, W.C., veranda) on upper floor of a stonebuilt traditional house with magnificent view to the heart of kalymnian town and the sea. Quiet, located at a 5 min walking distance from the main port, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and stores.
“Stella and Dimitris are very kind and welcoming hosts. They have been extremely helpful and answered any questions that came up during our stay. They live downstairs from the apartment and were open for a little chat every time we met. We spent 10 days at their place and enjoyed the view of Pothia and the harbor from the balcony. The apartment is clean and was furnished in a tasteful and loving manner. All the amenities worked well (shower, hot water, stove, wifi, kitchenware, fridge etc). Pothia is the capital of Kalymnos, so be prepared to hear some of its liveliness and traffic. The apartment is up the hill, only about 5-10min walk from the center where you will find everything you might need (groceries, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bus stop, pharmacy, barber, post office, even a small music store....). The harbor is about 10- 15min walk. We used the bus system to explore the island and to go on some of our walks and hikes. On several occasions, we used the ferries to the neighboring islands (Telendos, Pserimos, Kos). For us, this was the perfect spot.”
An amazing waterfront Greek villa, recently lovingly restored with the help of local craftsmen. It has private access to the sea and is right beneath the Odyssey climbing sector. The villa is nestled within secluded grounds with outdoor pizza oven and shower. Guests can relax in private and enjoy the beautiful Aegean Sea, with views out over the island of Telendos, and the ancient ruins of Kasteli. Perfect for those looking for luxury, and all the activities this unspoilt island has to offer.
“After a delayed flight and long days travel we were met by Liana at Pothia Port, she took us to a small supermarket (as it was late) and pointed out restaurants and amenities as we made our way to the house. In the morning, we awoke to the sound of waves and opened the doors onto an amazing view of Telendos and Kasteli which you can enjoy right from your bed. The house itself was clean, had all the utensils we needed included towels, beach towels and beach mats. The location is slightly further outside of Massouri and down from the road making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. It’s also 10min walk up to Odyssey. Overall all it was a pleasure spending our time in this beautiful villa. Thank you!”

“I booked an apartment from Ipapanti on the island of Kalymnos in error (as it turned out after - it would always be so wrong), wanted Kos Island. We arrived on the ferry at 00:40, the hostess still welcomed us in person at the port, we walked to the house - on foot very leisurely for 10 minutes, on the way having a good talk. The apartment on the first floor of a two-story building is a big studio with everything you need, everything is neat and clean, a bottle of water, fruit, and a little honey, jelly and butter for breakfasts and a large batch of delicious local breadcrumbs waited for us in the fridge! In very close proximity there are a lot of cafes, taverns, restaurants, cars and scooters, there are a couple of supermarkets, as well as fruit tents and many other shops. And since this port is a lot of different yachts on the waterfront, where it's especially good to walk in the evening. Three beaches are also within a 10-20 minute walk. They are relatively small and stony, but the water is clean, transparent, more beautiful externally the beaches on the other side of the island, but there is not such an embankment) Ipapanti - just a wonderful soul man, open, interesting in communication, very hospitable, positive! I recommend everyone at least a couple of days to come to Kalymnos, live here and get acquainted with this beautiful Greek woman, in general, we "mistakenly" acquired a friend in Greece) ”
