Spyridon Place is great for a longer stay. You have pretty much everything you need, so you won't miss much. The terrace is spacious, the living room is cozy with a smart TV, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom is nice, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and towels. There’s AC in both rooms. The location, at least for us, was great. It’s far from the city center and the crowds/noise, but still walkable (1.5 km to the start of the city center or 2 km to the central square). AB, Sklavenitis, and Lidl are all nearby (a few minutes by car). Overall, it's a place we would recommend to everyone.

This cozy apartment was comfortable and clean. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood while at the same time is just a breath away from the city center. Mary is very helpful, really easy to communicate with and so kind. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very clean space, in a quiet area and with the necessary amenities. The price is a little high but otherwise we were completely satisfied 🙂

The place is very nice and great for both short stays and longer stays. It was very clean and had a good location. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. My fiancé and I spent two months at Stergios’ place and felt at home! Stergios was always available and went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss anything and feel comfortable. Thank you for this great experience – we will be happy to come back!
