The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

On a 6000sqm large forest plot stands our completely newly renovated hunting house (70sqm) with a cozy kitchen, three small bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms can be accessed and can be locked via the surrounding balcony. Each room has heating. In addition to the modern kitchen appliances, oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, there is a wood stove, a long dining table with a corner bench and all kitchen accessories to supply 6 people.

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
