Independent apartment in a typical rural house of the mountain village of Piscine, located in the most pristine part of the magnificent Cembra Valley, also perfect as a base for exploring the nearby valleys of Fiemme and Fassa, the Pinè Plateau, Trento and Bolzano. The apartment, no frills but equipped with everything you need for a vacation away from the city, is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people and offers a magnificent view of the valley below.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
