We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.

High speed wifi and a portable wifi kit provided. Perfect for remote work and extended stay is welcome. Guest has a private access to the entire flat on 2nd floor with secure entrance of your own. Host lives on the 3rd floor. Ground floor is a small okonomiyaki restaurant.

Kamakura station and other famous touristy spots such as Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and Yuigahama beach are in a walking distance. Enoshima, Yokohama and Hakone are also easy to access by train!
