Located in the middle of Onomichi, Nomura, and Shimanami Kaido, this accommodation is ideal for sightseeing in Setouchi. Across the beautiful curve bridge, the villa is elevated on the southern slopes of the island. This entire home is a rental house where you can stay privately while occupying a stunning view of the sea and islands from a large wooden deck overlooking the sea. If the timing is right, you can also encounter a burning sunset. Relax in a small port town. We renovated a traditional house that is about 70 years old. Please relax in our small home in a port town. Because it is an old house, there are steep stairs (without handrails) and steps. Please be aware of small children and people with bad legs. It is the only accommodation in the vicinity of Shinnomichi Station. The accommodation is a traditional Japanese house and you will stay in the main house. It is limited to one group per day and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can stay with your dog (but you can put it in the cage in the tatami room). It is the only stay facility around Shin-Onomichi Station. Our stay facility is a traditional Japanese style house and you will stay in the main building. One day one group and possible to stay up to 4 people. It is possible to stay with your dog. (However, in the tatami room, we will ask you to put he/she in a cage.)

You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. You can stay in this house without sharing the space with other guests. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge.

"Log House" on Ikuchi Island

We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 9pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.
