Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

We are just minutes off the TransCanada highway in safe and quiet Aberdeen Hills. Dedicated street parking and lit pathways make night time arrival safe. There is a 50"TV, with Premium Cable, Netflix, Prime and Crave. The large bedroom has a new queen bed and a large closet. Enjoy a hot bath in the deep soaker tub/shower with included spa products. Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
