Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, a sand playground, a table tennis table and a lovely bathing area in the village are freely available to you. Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

University/college, restaurants, wine taverns, the Danube and sights are within easy walking distance. Families are very welcome.

Whether you have a NÖ-Card or not, we are in a very central location for various tourist attractions such as Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens and many more. The house is a living space, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybirds) are possible.

The bungalow for sole use is located directly at the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet/single location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the preserved building in the grassland. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and relaxation pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The place Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
