Apartment holiday rentals in Kaprun

The apartment is located in the city center of Kufstein and has a parking space for the CAR in the underground car park. These two criteria are great...everything within walking distance, no annoying search for parking. The parking space is small. With a large car, it takes quiet action. There is an elevator in the house, but the 2nd floor can be easily reached by foot. From each room you can access the balcony, from which you have an amazing view of the mountains. Beds are very comfortable. They are 2 single beds that are put together to form a double. The kitchen offers everything you need...enough pans and pots, dishes, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Rinses, dish soap...all available. The bathroom is large and spacious. The bathtub is used for showering. Furthermore, there is another sleeping option in the study. So also suitable for working from home. My husband and I felt very comfortable and secretly.

The place is spotless and spacious. It lacks nothing and was well suited for our purpose - we came to Matrei for skiing. Helene and her daughter were extremely helpful and full of information. Can only recommend it.

Great place to stay! Communication with Nina was very nice and quick. We were even helped with a problem with the car on departure (after all on a Saturday at 5am). Clear recommendation.

we had a wonderful time in this spacious apartment. with 3 bedrooms and each bedroom (with double bed) has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. Very luxurious and plenty of privacy, even if you are going with 2 families. the area is great. There is so much fun to do. From the apartment you can walk up the Grafenberg in no time. We have been to beautiful places and definitely plan to come back again.

This is the perfect place. You will find everything that you need . Everything is clean beautiful. Impossible to find something that was not ok at this place. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Sören and Helen's place for a week. We wanted to hike and enjoy the nature. Our expectations were fully met. Wonderfully located on many hiking trails and in a fantastic backdrop. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything. Communication was very easy at all times, Sören and Helen were quick to respond to questions and were able to help directly. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be happy to come back :)

A very nice apartment. Easy check-in and everything you need is available. The location is great and the host is very easy to reach. So a clearly recommended place to stay. Unfortunately, the apartment still smelled like a dog the first few days. In addition, above us was a very noisy family who were constantly heard by the clairaudience of the house.

The location provided a perfect stay for our family. Being to close the the gondola and within walking distance to shipping and restaurants we did not once use our car! Though is was not the easiest to find the communication was great, the place was nicely decorated and everything was very clean and cared for. We would definitely consider a return trip!

Sönke and Tillmann's apartment immediately felt like a home. It is very well-equipped, sparkling clean and is located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. We had our privacy at all times and were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. Thanks to the hourly ski bus, we were quickly and easily in the Hochkönig ski area. The supermarket was also within easy walking distance – overall a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Veronika is a very kind person, she takes care of the well-being of the guests and asks if the trip is going well. The room was clean and tidy, and the place was easy to find. My dog and I spent two pleasant nights there. We visited Hallstatt, the Königssee and Salzburg. This place was an ideal starting point for my car trip. During our stay there was an unexpected issue with the wifi in the apartment. However, Veronika has actively strived to work with Vodafon employees. Although the issue ultimately couldn't be resolved, I had internet on my mobile phone so this didn't have a big impact on our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our ski holiday with children. Enough space, ski lift, shops, etc. are all within walking distance and the shared use of the swimming pool is just great with children. We have already booked the apartment a second time, it is always very clean and Daniel is always easily accessible for questions or problems. I can only recommend the apartment. Thanks to Daniel!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Susan's apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. The condominium's sauna is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Flachau's amazing ski slopes can show new and new for up to a week. Susan is a great host, quick to respond, and accurate. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Great rush! Thank you.

Excellent apartment to stay for a week during the winter sports holiday. Clean and spacious. Very friendly hostess who lives above the apartment. The apartment also has a garden where, given the beautiful weather, we were also able to enjoy the sun outside. The stop for the ski bus is 5 minutes walk. The center of St Johan 10 minutes.

Wonderful location and good views from Rosemarie’s apartment. Everything in Strobl is easily within walking distance of her AirBnB. Check-in was easy and I’d recommend using your smartphone light to help find and enter the code for the key box (it’s in the underground garage). Entrance to her apartment will require navigating up many stairs but you are rewarded with a wonderful view of the local Parrish church and the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped…she has two very large balconies (bedroom & living room) which is nice. We were informed early on that some of the doors leading to the balconies were in need of repair and could not be used…the main door to the large south facing balcony. There is an onsite person who can be contacted to help open the very large sliding glass door in the living room. All in all a very wonderful place to stay in the Salzkammergut…lots to do and see. I highly recommend staying here!
