Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaprun

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent our wedding vacation with Christina and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay. The view of the mountains, the idyllic property and especially the house with its own sauna. Just a dream. And with Christina herself, we had a really friendly and positive contact throughout. We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

The house is very homely and comfortable. the views was also amazing.

Uncomplicated communication, clean building and facility, the love for the building and the facility can be felt in every fiber. It is light-hearted, so respect for the other guests is also important in your own room and patience in the sense of "live and let live." The proximity to the mountain and the Windbeutelbaron are fantastic! I love this sauna!!! And I can only recommend that everyone switch off and find contact with nature and like-minded people. 🫶🏻

Delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations, Vanessa was very accommodating and always helped with everything right away. Perfect mountain views, all perfectly prepared. The house was very cold at first, but after contacting the host, who responded immediately and adjusted the temperature was perfect. Thank you. ❤️

We had a great stay in one of the great apartments of the "Alte Bildhauerei." We found everything as described/pictured: modern, clean, just wonderful! The place is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities. Check-in/check-out was super easy and flexible. The sauna made the stay perfect. Great host!

An absolutely great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect for things to do in the beautiful Brixental. Nadine was super friendly and totally helpful. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, you feel very comfortable from the beginning, especially due to the high ceilings and the brightness due to the window front. The handover by the housekeeper on site was very friendly and accommodating, as was the communication with Vince. Everything is very tastefully decorated and really sparkling clean. The elevator is easily 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite the apartment is a small cozy cabin, on/in front of which après ski takes place until about 10/23 pm. That doesn't bother as long as the windows are closed. Very clear, highly recommended! We'll be back for sure. Thank you, Vince!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lubica and Milan’s beautiful little apartment. The space was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The little sunny garden was a lovely spot to have dinner each evening. We also requested a cot for our son, and not only was this set up so nicely for him, Lubica also made sure there were toys for him as well (this was such a lovely thought and came in very useful!). As a special treat, cold beer and wine were in the fridge upon arrival, and warm, homemade pastries were delivered for breakfast one morning. We found the location to be very picturesque and peaceful, yet easy enough to get into Salzburg, with bus stops just around the corner. We felt very lucky to find Lubica’s place to stay, and would be lucky to have the opportunity to stay again.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, very old farmhouse located at the end of the place yet central. Shopping, hiking and ski resort are within easy reach. The place was equipped with far more than stated in the description. The host family was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were nine of us in the house and there would have been more space. Due to the two bathrooms, the stay also works very well with a larger group. Towels, sheets and basic amenities in the kitchen as well as firewood for the fireplace - everything was provided.

Great location, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is nice after a day skying, the rooms are nice size. The internet however is almost never working and there is no tv in the living room. The beds all have tv. No washing machine and no launderette nearby, however, the host offered us the possibility to use her personal one. There is a ski boot drier which is a nice touch, bbq and a lovely table outside

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime. We had a wonderful week at Villa Sonneheim. Spacious house with all the comforts, nice beds and lots of bathrooms. Magnificent mountain view from a lovely garden. We'd love to come back! The only downside is the church bell in the morning, something the homeowners can't help.

We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. :)
