We were very satisfied with its very attentive and solution-oriented approach from the booking stage to the end of our stay. It is a host that we consider as a priority for our future stays.

We had a peaceful holiday, the host took care of all our problems, the sea was great, it was like an aquarium, we woke up in the morning with just birds chirping The only problem was the bathroom, rusty water was coming from somewhere, but we didn't mind because it covered the view and calmness, we would like to visit 🤗 again ☺️

Hakan is a very helpful and communicative host. He couldn't show up in person for the first few days to fix a problem with the water, but someone else did it for him. The location of the house is unique, the view of the sea and the place is impressive every morning and in the evening especially at sunset. If you love nature and solitude beyond the big tourist streams, this is the place to be. Excursions to the mountains of the interior of the peninsula are worthwhile, again and again there are places with wonderful views of the Izmir Bay or the Greek islands in the Aegean Sea. It provided the opportunity to have a pleasant, peaceful holiday. The stove was both warm and nostalgic with its pleasure. It was so sweet to wake up to the sea view and the forest every morning. The host, Mr. Murat, helped with everything, took care of the slightest (like a lighter) immediately in need. The general dust, sheets, etc. was quite clean, but it needed a little more detailed cleaning, such as the curtain in the kitchen, the wall in the bathroom. When we gave this feedback, they immediately welcomed the action.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

It was a location we purposely preferred due to its calmness. All the amenities in the house were complete and perfect as described in the description. There is a great restaurant near the house by the sea, and it was very attractive to have a similar one within walking distance. Thank you
