This is a renovated for summer 2024, first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kos island, in Kardamena, this newly built spacious Suite (40m2) is located on the first floor of a Beachfront property and it has two sea view balconies. The 30m2 studio is equipped with a large fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning , ceiling fan, TV , wifi and screens at all windows as well as at the front door. the bed is 1.80 x 2.00 m for a couple and can become two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m if you want to sleep separately.
