Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Ostria View

Ostria View is located right next to the beach. It has air condition, WiFi, all rooms have sea-view, dining room, sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven,fridge,dish-wather, microwave, boiler, toaster, coffee mashine). It has also got a private roof terrace, nearly the size of the apartment, with access only for the residents , with full view of the sea and of Nisyrosisland. Ideal for families or parties up to six persons. It is located in one of the best areas of Kardamena village.

Ilias Nest 1

This is a first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury private bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
