It offers the opportunity to cook all meals with fully equipped kitchen utensils. Ayayorgi Beach Clubs are 1 minute away by car. 5 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 10 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı.

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress
