Holiday rentals with beach access in Karlovac

We were received extremely warmly, Ivo immediately started talking to us and took a lot of time to welcome us and inform us about the relocation. The apartment was very clean and is very quiet. Very friendly hosts! Absolutely recommended! Thanks Ivo and Mario. 5 stars are not enough!

Absolutely satisfied, we were excited to stay right by the sea. The host is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. The entrances to the sea are great. The place invites you to stroll along the coast. There are small restaurants right next door and a Lidl shop a short walk away. Parking right next to the house. We're excited to come back.

My boyfriend and I spent a really nice week in Marijas appartment. It looked exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen hat everything we needed and the whole appartment was super clean. Marija was really nice and easy reachable. She also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and beaches to vistit in the area. Would come back anytime :)

Vesna's apartment was on the ground floor of a beautiful house in The apartment was on the ground floor in a house of a quiet residential area (we were there in October). It's all there, what you need. In particular, the beautiful terrace with the fantastic view of Krk must be mentioned. To the bathing platforms it was 10 minutes on stairs and a steep path, which was not a witchcraft. Downstairs at the swimming facilities there is a kind of promenade as well as bars and restaurants with guaranteed sunset. A Lidl can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. We were so lucky with the weather so it was easy nice to stay at Vesna's place on the terrace. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment has a wonderful view on the sea and islands, a great terrace and a little garden with turtles, we came with kids and they loved it. It is next to a main road, so it was a bit noisy, but the view was worth it.

Omer was amazingly helpful. The place is stunning, and so clean. We loved it! The only thing that wasn’t 100% was that the host recently added another house to the plot, and we only got to know before we arrived. It was not an issue at all, but we were surprised. I’d recommend this stay 100%, and a big thank you for Omer for being a wonderful host.

Picked us up from the port and had prepared the most delicious dinner!! Great room with sea view/sunset view and fan and AC! 5 min walk to a grocery store and to the coast. A local boat taxi company stops super close by and takes you to Rab Town so great if you don’t come by car. Overall lovely stay!

We had a great time staying by the Kupa. The cottage is extremely well arranged, well-equipped and has a small sauna. The surrounding nature is beautiful, you feel a little out of time. Nice private beach for swimming, diving board nearby, hiking possibilities. Thanks to Alp for his effective communication.

Our stay at Marin’s place was absolutely perfect. He was very helpful and even helped us change the battery of our car ! The location was dreamy and the view breathtaking. The apartment looked even better than the photos, very clean and functional. Thank you again for your warm welcoming ! We recommend it to anyone interested in a beautiful and unique vacation.

We had a vacation holiday with our family of 4 and the house is super comfortable. Everything is super clean and everything works. All the beds are comfortable. Maja her mother in law is always available to help or answer questions if you have but most of all she is very very friendly person. There are lot’s of things to do in the environment like we went to the island Krk which is nearby and beautiful to do some outdoor tours. We went to the Plitvica lakes which is 2 ours by car but totally worth it. Also kayaking is very nice to do up in the mountains by Mreznica river.

Marko and his brother were lovely hosts and really accommodating. They made our stay an uncomplicated and relaxing experience. The apartment is close to the beautiful town of Senj, but in a really quiet and peaceful corner outside of town. It had all the necessities we needed for feeling comfortable and at home. The highlight was the nice terrace with a view to the sea, where you can also sit and relax when the weather is bad. And of course the beach right below the apartment - great for lazy days! We wouldn't change a thing and would come back anytime! Thank you to our hosts and their flexibility and friendliness!

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Comfortable and clean apartment, well-equipped outdoor area. The owner is very helpful and very attentive to make the guest feel at ease. She took care to let us keep the parking space free and x the whole vacation was interested in how it went. She gave us a gift when we arrived and when we left.

Beach is a minute by walk, the centre 7-8 minutes and it is a well equipped and nice flat with a good terrace✅ Best Buy😀

The appartment is very spacious, cosy and very clean. The kitchen has everything to prepare your own meals. And the view from the living room and balcony is amazing!
