A sensitively renovated attic overlooking the countryside and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We'll be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. There's a little bit of everything here - mountains, nature and a spa town!

Guesthouse "U Lípy" - just like at Grandma's

Welcome to the newly renovated family guesthouse “U Lípy” in Velichov. We have 5 double and 2 triple rooms with an extra bed. Each room is equipped with a separate bathroom. The renovation took place sensitively with regard to the age and character of the building, which was part of the brewery yard. You can enjoy the excellent home-cooked Czech cuisine at the adjacent 'U Lípy' restaurant, where we can organise weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, team-building activities, and fantastic or unique pork feasts for you.

Contrary to the first external impression (we first take care of the further interior design), the rented rooms are renovated, modern furnished & equipped with bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). There are currently 3 double rooms available, in which an extra bed is possible with a guest bed! Wi-Fi is available in many areas! *There is an additional guest tax on site according to the valid guest tax by-law of the municipality of Sehmatal, which is not included in the booking price!

Carlsbad Viewpoint - Genius loci

Ubytování v klidné lokalitě s výhledem do údolí říčky Teplá, Grandhotelu Pupp a rozhlednu Diana. Z druhé strany hotel Imperial. V Lázenském území Karlovy Vary cca 5 minut chůze od Vřídelní kolonády. Lanovka Imperial se nachází přímo za domem. Ta vás zaveze na Divadelní náměstí přímo k Vřídelní kolonádě. Odtud je to cca 5 minut pěšky ke Grandhotelu Pupp a další lanovce s názvem Diana. Ta vás vyveze na rozhlednu Diana nacházející se 556 metru nad mořem s výhledem na Karlovy Vary.

A double attic room with the possibility of an extra bed for a child up to the age of 3 is offered in a mountain family house on the edge of the Ore Mountains town of Kovářská. We offer a friendly family atmosphere and welcome guests to a newly furnished room (24 m2) with a separate private bathroom (shower + toilet). All this on the 2nd floor in the attic accessible by a common staircase in the house. The price for accommodation includes breakfast.

The apartment accommodates up to 3 people and is comfortably furnished.
