Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Welcome to our log cabin located in Höjen, 4 km north of Sunne. The cottage has a sofa bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, five beds in total. Kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.
