Sleep and dream. Overnight stay with garden view. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, the lovingly designed apartment can accommodate 2 people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. Our three newly renovated apartments are located on the first floor of an inn, which was renovated and reopened in 2023. Feel free to be our guest here from Friday to Tuesday and enjoy typical Franconian snacks, as well as home-brewed beer. Apartment 23 (approx. 24 square meters) consists of a living/sleeping room that offers the possibility for an extra bed/crib, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and dining table.

Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in the king-size bed, south-facing balcony and smart TV.
