During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Willkommen in dem mehr als 150 Jahre alten Steinhaus, das im Jahre 2023 restauriert wurde. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land in einer kleinen Siedlung bei Sv. Peter in der Nähe von Portorož und ist von Olivenhainen umgeben. Es ist die ideale Wahl für Gruppen, die die Natur abseits der Touristenströme lieben. Zusätzliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine zweite Reisegruppe gewünscht? Wir haben auf Plattform Airbnb das Haus Majda inseriert. Es bietet Platz für 2 Personen, und steht gleich nebenan.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The situation is ideal for a family vacation where they can have a nice time. The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.

The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
