Modern and fully equipped apartment on 2nd floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood of family houses (15 min by car to Split, 5 min to the beach). It offers a nice view of the Adriatic sea, balcony, free parking space, Wi-Fi, garden with a barbecue and dining area. There are two toilets (one belongs to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry machine). Air conditioning is at the main hallway, connected to living room/kitchen.All windows have roller shutters which are electronically managed.

There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.
