Holiday home Tonka

Holiday home with pool Tonka is located halfway between the cities of Split and Trogir whose historic core are under the protection of UNESCO. And the city of Kaštel Gomilica by itself has a fortress Kaštilac which was built in the 16th century as a defense of the Turks. There were filmed scenes from the Game of Thrones. Our home is settled in K. Gomilica under the mountain of Kozjak and overlooks the beautiful bay of Kaštela. This house is only 700 meters away from the sea and the large marina. The house is surrounded by 1200 meters of courtyard that includes a large olive grove that hides the house from undesirables views. A special feature of this property is the 32 m2 outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck and covered al-fresco dining area with open outside fireplace and summer kitchen. There is a mini playground for children with swing and trampoline next to the pool. On the roof terrace of 170 square meters there is an outside Intex hot tub for 4 persons.

Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. A big private heated pool, great jacuzzi for 6, an IR sauna, a private movie theater and gaming room, billiard room, a giant fenced outdoor area with a football field, badminton court or table tennis.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property.
