Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. It is rarely know information that bay of Kastela used to be called Lintar, the reason why my beautiful apartment got this name. Lintar is just 20 meters away from the waterferont in a bright sunny pedestrian zone street. Here, everything is on your hand, pebble-sandy beach is a 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, open market, restaurant, caffe bar, all in a 50 meters reach.

This recently renovated historical 3 storey house, is situated right in the centre of Kastel Stari, precisely in the main square Brce, built in the 16th century, this house has maintained it’s amazing stone-walled feature which gives the house that true traditional feeling. The house is less than 100 meters from the beaches, stores and restaurants, and also a short driving distance to the two major cities protected by UNESCO, Trogir and Split.
