A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a room with a 90 bed. There are electric car chargers as well as parking. Car charging there is a charge. On the plot there is a newly built luxury guesthouse that can be rented if you wish. It is 10 minutes by bike to the beach

På helt unikt läge ligger denna nyrenoverade sjöstuga med tillgång till eget SPA med havsutsikt! Stugan ligger på Lilla Hammarsnäs2 km utanför Höllviken. Området är känt för sin rika natur och kultur. Stugan är ca 30 kvm och är utrustad med litet pentry (kokplattor och liten ugn), kyl och frys, stort matbord och en dubbelsäng och lämpar sig därför för 1-2 personer. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Tillgång till SPA ingår. Städning ingår ej. Bastu finns ej. Kajaker och roddbåt kan hyras.
