Beautiful villa with good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated house on Barsebäck's golf course. The location is perfect for golfing as you live on the course and have many other golf courses nearby. If you want to hike is the Järavallen hiking area right next door or if you want to go to the sea, it is also within walking distance. Barsebäck beach bath is only a little bit away. If you want to play paddle, billiards or swim in the pool, there are in the area. The closeness to excursions in Skåne is many. A perfect place for those who also want experiences!

Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there is plenty of room to play, cozy up or watch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.

Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.
