Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice place with room for fun and trouble. There are 4 rooms (one without bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, living room, living room. everything is in great condition and well decorated. However, the floor is a bit squeaky and the doors bind, as it's not a new house. But is nice and nice to be. You'll have the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here with my two children. There will therefore be private items in the home.

Two bathrooms with showers in both places. A kitchen all rooms and a cozy living room. There is a terrace with associated gas grill and there is free internet.

Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is centrally located with 3 mins walk from Islands Brygge Metro Station, 5 mins by metro to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge, where enables you to see the water and green park (Amager fælled) just outside of your window. The townhouse is bright and spacious. And it takes merely 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!

The town house is perfect for couples, families and friends who want to stay close to lots of tourist attractions in the middle of Copenhagen K. The house have direct access to a small courtyard where you will find garden furnitures and a barbecue. 1 open bedroom with a double bed 180x200. 1 kids room with a bed 120x200 downstairs. 1 kids room with a bed 140x200 on the loft. 10 min walk from the train station & less than 5 min to the " street " where all the shops and restaurants are. The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Beautiful walking routes in nature , near the center of cosy Birkerød with a lot of cafes, shopping etc. Perfect for families, 2 bathrooms, plus extra toilet. Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

Beautiful & child-friendly townhouse with garden

In a cozy old garden colony area you find our house with lots of sun, ligt and possibilities for being inside, outside and in between. The house is very children/family friendly and there are lots of toys etc. for younger kids. - 7 min walk to subway - Small playground about 50 m. from our garden. - Theres a parking lot just next to the house where you can park for free. Be aware that the two children beds are 160 cm long.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Beautiful nature and s-train to Copenhagen in 25 min. Shopping options are 1 minute away. Lovely terrace overlooking nature. Nice wood stove for cosy or chilly evenings. The house is in really good condition and very clean. A total of 176 m2 and 4 bedrooms. Lovely kitchen room and large living room. The house is on 2 floors.

Stylish and cozy semi-detached house in quiet surroundings with its own garden and parking space. 5 km from City Hall Square and 500 meters to the nearest metro st. Flintholm. It takes about 9-10 minutes by metro into Kongens Nytorv - the center of Copenhagen. The house borders Frederiksberg with good shopping, parks and restaurants.
