It's a spacious house, the kind you'd want to live in yourself. It is a 5-minute walk from Katsuura station to the accommodation. 3-minute drive to the sea and supermarket. Convenient store and shopping district are also within walking distance. Located on a hill in the port town, with refreshing breezes from the sea blowing through the living room. Super spacious, about 60 square meters, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room all connected. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. One of the highlights is the large bath. There is a town pool right next door.You can also open up the vinyl pool in the garden or parking area! (I did that when I was younger!) 10-minute walk from the station. Supermarkets and convenience stores are both a 7-minute walk away. BBQ BBQ grills, tables and chairs are available for free. Please provide charcoal, mesh, ingredients, and condiments.BBQ is available until 8 pm. Please be mindful of your neighbors. We have installed a large 100-inch screen.
