Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Katwijk

Wir waren schon in einigen Airbnb Unterkünften, aber die Wohnung von Ruth war bisher unser absolutes Highlight. Sehr geräumig und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und Ruth und Wim waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen.

We enjoyed the stay in Aldas comfy home with 2 families. Enough space for kids and adults. Toys and fishes in the pool and fully equiped kitchen. Beach is only 10 min walk away. Looking forward to come back!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la magnifique maison de Chantal, beaucoup de charme et décorée avec goût avec des équipements de qualité. Chantal est une hôte réactive et très gentille.

Innen modernes Haus mit sehr viel Platz im Wohn- Ess- und Küchenbereich. Blick in den grünen natürlichen Garten, schöner Terrassensitzplatz mit bequemer Hängematte. Komfortable Betten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, manchmal kam die Nachbarkatze zu Besuch. Es gibt einen Spielplatz in der Nähe (gut zum Ballspielen und Klettern). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Strand in Katwijk ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min erreichbar, die Innenstadt von Leiden in ca. 10 min und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen.

Wir haben uns in Charlottes und Riks Unterkunft sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen und der Garten war die perfekte Oase zum Entspannen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit netten Nachbarn, und man kann fast immer direkt vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken. Charlotte und Rik sind tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hat! Wie können das Haus allen uneingeschränkt empfehlen, vor wenn man Kinder hat! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohneinheit in einer sehr malerischen Gegend. Von der Wohnung ist der Strand, verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit wenigen Minuten Fußweg leicht zu erreichen. Uns hat insbesondere das Lokal "In Den Blauwen Bock" gefallen (leckere Burger!). Wir können uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen.

Eine wunderschöne saubere Wohnung in toller Lage mit süssem Garten und allem was man für ein paar schöne Tage braucht! Elsa hat sofort geantwortet hatte man eine Frage und hat alles wundervoll hergerichtet für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und ich gebe hier alle Sterne die man vergeben kann. DANKESCHÖN ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Hanneke’s cosy house in Noordwijk! It’s been cleverly converted into a bright, welcoming space that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and felt very private. We loved the quiet surroundings and how close it was to the beach ,perfect for walks and enjoying the sea air. Hanneke was a fantastic host, super friendly and easy to communicate with, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and peaceful getaway!

Dit schone appartement is zo geweldig dat je het eigenlijk voor jezelf wilt houden zodat je nog vaker kunt gaan. Het is sfeervol en praktisch ingericht. De hond is welkom. Er is een fijne douche, fijn bed, fijne leesstoelen en fijn terras. Vanaf het terras kijk je een mooie tuin in (verboden voor honden) en dat geeft privacy en rust. Bij dit appartement hoort een eigen parkeerplaats: ideaal!! En om de hoek is een mooi restaurant (bijdeduinen) met heerlijke fish and ships. Brigitte is een vriendelijke host, die het super goed voor elkaar heeft omdat aan alles is gedacht! Een parel van een Airbnb op een toplocatie.

Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb von Jennette & Nico! Der Check in läuft 1a. Man erhält zuvor einen Code, welchen am Tor einzugeben ist. Von dort gelangt man in die EG-Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit des Airbnb‘s ist besonders hervorzuheben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für ein paar Tage Urlaub notwendig wäre. Ja, es gibt keine Fenster zum Lüften, jedoch hat dies für mich garkein Problem dargestellt, da ich morgens/abends die Haustür kurz geöffnet hatte. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar, wie auch die Stadt - perfekter gehts nicht. Die Parksituation ist zuvor mit den anderen Bewohnern in Rücksprache zu klären, dies war unproblematisch. Ich würde bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Noordwijk wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert - 5 Sterne!

Wow! We felt so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful attic loft - what a treat it was!! The patio had amazing rooftop views and was a peaceful place to start and end each day. The loft itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy vibe and all the amenities you need including washer/dryer. We had sunny weather for our visit to Keukenhof and a wonderful bike tour through the surrounding flower farms later that afternoon, complete with the scent of hyacinth in the air...it was truly a dream. Our time in Leiden was absolutely fantastic and coming home to Bert & Marieke's place every day was the cherry on top! We sure hope to come back someday soon!! Thank you! 🧡🪻🧡

Der Kontakt mit Anita war immer möglich, hat schnell reagiert, war sehr freundlich und locker. Ihr Appartement war sauber und wir konnten gleich mit Urlaub beginnen ☺️ Sehr gerne wieder!

It was a great pleasure to spend our holidays at Katiche’s place! The cosy apartment is lovely furnished and decorated, very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, the dunes and the tulip fields.

I stayed at Hotel Royal when I arrived in the Netherlands, which greatly helped me to settle here. The team was extremely helpful, welcoming and very flexible. I greatly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or space! The location was perfect proximity to spend a day at the beach, then see all the tulip fields the next day. Check in was super easy (even though we were arriving fairly late in the day) and Mariska was incredibly responsive and helpful. Street parking and a comfortable bed also added to the amazing stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We arrived earlier than planned - for once there were no traffic jams around Leiden but our host didn't mind. Beautiful little town and beach with accessible walkways for my husband. I didn't find the kitchen space so easy to use but for simple meals for a few days it's ok.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war super einfach und es war gut beschrieben wo wir hin mussten. Von dort aus konnten wir sehr gut jeden Tag zum Strand gehen und in die Stadt gelangen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt :)

Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Beachhouse von Alexandra und werden sicher wiederkommen! Für uns ist es die perfekte Unterkunft in Noordwijk: tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig, perfekt sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch den Gaskamin ist die Wohnung zu jeder Jahreszeit warm und gemütlich. Alexandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Auch wenn grundsätzlich Self Check in und Check out vorgesehen sind, hat sie uns immer begrüßt und verabschiedet und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!
