Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kavala

Katerin's place was an absolute gem 2- 3 mins walking from the local beach, 5 mins drive from Amalofi beach- great sea bars, perfect for kids as it was not deep at all. Katerina and her husband greeted us with complimentary fruits, nice cold water and refreshments which was a very nice touch. The place easily takes family of 6 or maybe even more. It was walking distance from everything- restaurants, nice footpath along the sea, entertainment and supermarkets We really enjoyed staying at Katerina's place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for relax at the seaside.

We are guest for second time there and agen it was more than perfect recommended with both hands.

A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

Aggeliki's accommodation is a two-story maisonette beautiful and functional, in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice view to the sea . Aggeliki is kind and hospitable. On a future visit to beautiful Kavala, we will choose it again for our stay.

My family and I are staying for the second time in Thenia's apartment. The location is great, really 2 minutes from the beach. Very stylish and cleanly maintained home, you feel at home, with everything you need. There is a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly and always helps. There is a great restaurant across the street, 2 km away there is LIDL. We will be happy to visit again.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

We entered 4 girls, we were very happy with my sisters, a calm,clean and beautiful house. The host was very polite and responsive to any questions. When you get up in the morning, there is a great sea view from the balcony of the house.

The place is nice with a great view of the mountains and the sea with the beach from the balcony. The apartment has all the essentials for a couple living there for a few days. The only downside is getting there by the car from the main road to the parking, it is very bumpy with large holes in the road. This is not the host's fault, just want to mention it to be prepared with the right car.

The space was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. It's arguably one of the most excellent in our Airbnb experiences. The location of the house, Tassos's mother, Soula, made us feel exactly like a mother's home. The cake he made for us when we arrived was collected figs, marmalades, baked from the 🙏🙏🙏😍 garden; but the most valuable is the sincere friendliness of the Question 🙏🙏 and the crazy made 🐶 us fall in love with Kavala and this house. We had a very nice time in the accommodation and in the small towns of Asprovalta, Vrasna and Stavros. The house as well as the complex was really very nice and invites you to linger and relax. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

Absolutely amazing! Kalli is a gorgeous host She was very helpful and kind to all our questions. about sea - you just need to get out of the gate, cross the road and you are on the sea! the garden is a little paradise, where you can stay with your family, kids, enjoy your bbq. villa itself is very cozy and has all you need, 3 spacious bad-rooms, 2.5 baths, enormous living with a handy kitchen and big dining table. we've all enjoyed our stay in Kalli's vila. btw, Kalli even helped with stuff for our toddler, she was kind and borrowed a stroller, kid's dining chair so it was so mush helpful to make our holidays as pleasant as it only could be. recommend!!!

The place is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view to the sea. It is very spacious, with all amenities, and feels homely. Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay overall - would recommend.

We chose the villa for a climbing trip in the area and we loved it. It is located on a hill side, 10 minutes by foot from the town, which is nice for an active person, looking for a quiet accommodation. The view from the spacious terrace was superb and refreshing, it was a delight to drink the morning coffee there or just lay there during the day, listening to the birds sounds. The closest beach is 5 minutes away (by foot) and was empty at the end of May, which was also a plus. We definitely recommand a stay here and we will choose it again when we return to Nea Iraklitsa.

It had everything we needed!

Discreetly located on a hill, surrounded by 20 ha of land, the villa with swimming pool offers a fantastic view of Drama and its surroundings. The architecture of the house is fantastic and the decor of the rooms is extremely stylish. All rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped for the kitchen. There is a Greek tavern in the neighborhood and in a few minutes driving distance there are two supermarkets. The sea is about 40 min away. Distance, but the property is so nice that we stayed there most of the time. Last but not least, Anna, Achim and family are great hosts.
