Alamanda Tropical Wooden Villa - Pool View

This spacious Tropical Wooden Villa boasts a traditional Malay architecture with an unobstructed pool view. The surrounding village area is known for its serenity, accompanied by the lush green carpet of paddy fields. Located just 15 min-drive from the Cenang Beach area, the space features: a studio (1 double bed and a couch that can be transformed to 2 attached single beds), hot and cold showers, airy bathroom, a separate kitchen, veranda and baby cot upon request. Not suitable for 2 couples.

Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Ground Floor)

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year old shophouse in the heart of Georgetown, meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed. The ground floor is terracotta and furniture has been constructed using cut-offs from roofing beams, old railway sleepers and window frames.
