Make some memories at this unique and jungle-esque place. This pre-war heritage building is located at the Historic City of Georgetown. Despite main city is just few steps away, we have minimal noise issue as we have soundproofing and we're in an ideal location. We remained the unique architecture structure of this pre-war building, while mixing urban style design to it. So, why choose to stay in an apartment when you could have experienced the uniqueness of a heritage pre-war building?

Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street
