Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Here you can enjoy the peace and nature of the Altmühltal to the fullest. Ideal for groups and large families, the farm offers plenty of space to get together and relax. Start your excursions right outside the front door into the surrounding nature and explore the beautiful Altmühltal. Hiking, biking, canoeing as well as city trips - there is something for everyone!

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and medical massages for an extra charge. massages. To ensure peace, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Münchshofen is a village in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. The surroundings of Münchshofen are characterized by typical Bavarian countryside, with rolling hills, forests and agricultural areas. Nearby flows the Naab, a picturesque river that winds through the region. The area around Münchshofen also offers many hiking trails and nature trails for outdoor activities.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

Enjoy the balance between nature experience and living comfort in our thoughtfully designed paradise. We were allowed to purchase the Red House in 2024 and will lovingly continue to revive it.

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
