Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can access the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, WiFi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Relax by the beautiful Kemijoki River in a log cabin built in 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the courtyard, there is a new sauna/WC, a barbecue hut and a terrace. Another sauna, which can be rented separately during the summer, is right on the beach. There is a hot tub next to the sauna, as well as a gazebo equipped with an 8-burner barbecue. A rowing boat is available for guests to use. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Spring water comes from the taps. In the quiet of the countryside, the soul rests!

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6 pm and 10 pm)
