The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The yard has direct access to skiing, fishing, and swimming in the summer. It's also easy to get to nature nearby. There is a grill house on the beach, as well as an outdoor sauna and hot tub (separate fee) The place is also great for families with children.

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

There is a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can see the northern lights. The centre of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus Village 127 km. My family and I live in the same yard. The price includes linens and towels.

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
