The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The property has a sheltered and large yard that can accommodate even larger cars. There's a barbecue cabin in the yard. In winter, you can even see the northern lights. The center of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus' Pajakylä 127 km. I live with my family in the same yard. The price includes linen and towels.

The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

In the summer, you can enjoy the river flowing around you by swimming, rowing or fishing. In winter, you have a starry sky and maybe even northern lights. In winter, you can ski, walk or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Ideal for overnight stays or longer stays.
