The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

An atmospheric, winterised cottage 1.5 kilometres from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. The air heat pump keeps the cottage cool in summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.
