The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Cozy (44m2) studio with its own entrance, very small shower/toilet upstairs in our house, so note the pictures: stairs up! We have bed linen and towels included in the Airbnb price, basics in the kitchen. Short distance to the city center. Parking space in the yard. Kitchen, hallway, small shower/toilet and living room with TV, sofa bed, double bed and armchairs. Best suited for two adults, or four, when there are, for example, 2 adults and 2 children in the group.

An atmospheric, winterised cottage 1.5 kilometres from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. The air heat pump keeps the cottage cool in summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.
