Eveliina's place is super cozy. It has warm lights everywhere, it has all the kitchen utensils you can need and even more than you need to stay a few days or several weeks. The cleanliness surprised us, everything was absolutely crisp and shiny. We loved it. Also, the neighborhood is close to Rovaniemi, the road is good and in the surroundings there are very nice walks and paths. Also, is a very quiet area to rest. The temperature of the house in the middle of winter was very welcoming. There is a parking space reserved for your accommodation and it is next to the house. Everything has been very good and would recommend to anyone staying at Eveliina's house. In addition, she is always attentive and takes very little time to respond when you write. Everything magnificent.

The location couldn’t be better- ski from the front door straight onto the XC groomed tracks. The place itself is cosy and comfortable- the renovated sauna was lovely, the bed super comfy and the view out the window to the snow was relaxing.

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

We had a great couple of days staying at Arttu's place. The place was squeaky-clean, had everything one needs and of course we really enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after hiking and roaming Rovaniemi all day. Arttu is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host, which made the whole experience a 11/10. Thank you Arttu, we would gladly stay here again and can absolutely recommend it.

Cozy accommodation,very clean, suitable temperature. Everything you need for meals,toilets, and rest. Even a few essentials! Owners always attentive and responsive . Thanks to Hannu,Tapio and Helena for their hospitality and availability.

Perfect stay in this beautiful old school turned into a place to stay for locals and travelers alike. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and cozy. The surroundings are just lovely - you can ski and/or go snowshoeing right for the place. Everyone is so friendly. We can not recommend this place enough and hope to come back one day!

Nice place at a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. The street below seems to be quite busy, so if you’re a light sleeper, consider ear plugs.

We had an amazing time at Joni’s place and would come back in a heartbeat! The house is super modern, clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking which is perfect if you want to enjoy a night in. Joni replied instantly when sending him a message and was a great host. All in all 10/10 :)

Sveta offers a simple, neat, organised and clean flat. It's ideal for an overnight stay after a long journey. We found it comfortable and the information provided enabled us to find it quite easily. If you are in a couple be aware that there are two separate beds with sprung mattresses. This was fine for us as it was only one night after a flight. there is a small shower next to the toilet that can be used as a bidet, which is very convenient. There is no typical sauna. It was fine for us, but if you want to sleep in complete darkness, it might be difficult because of the non-darkening curtains and the street lamps outside. In the kitchen there is every necessary tool. There's also an XBOX with some war games - a nice choice for gamers. All in all, recommended for those who have to stay one or two nights in Rovaniemi.

We had a great stay at Raimo's place for the second time. The unit is as described and has everything needed for a nice stay. Well recommended!

It was a dream come true! The house is very nicely located. Ideal for skiers, but also for hiking and exploring it invites you. With the fireplace in the living room you get a wonderful atmosphere! The communication went perfectly and you can book beautiful tours on site

We really enjoyed staying at Kirsi’s apartment! The apartment is very central and everything is walking distance from it. Kirsi was a great host and helped us a lot with information. She was easy to reach out to, and also was very prompt and notifying us about the possibility of seeing Aurora! It was a pleasure to be here! Will definitely recommend her place to others.

Absolutely loved our stay in Anne & Arto’s home. The hosts were lovely and accommodating with lots of good recommendations for our stay in Lapland. The house is a short walk to a well-appointed grocery store and we pulled our groceries home in a sled for dinner. Kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and saunas (there are two! An infrared and traditional Finnish). Beds were comfy and clean, and robes and slippers were provided. Location is central to anything you may want to do—reindeer farm, northern lights tours, even some museums in walkable distance to the place. Arto even went out of his way to set up a snowmobile tour for us. Absolutely no criticisms, definitely book this home for your stay in Lapland if it is available!

This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.

Really great new high quality apartment in a great location! Completely exceeded expectations. A true Ski-In, direct access to the hill and take the elevator to the ski storage. Views of the hillside and hot tub were seen aurora borealis. Big testimonials!

Kari was a wonderful host, communicative, friendly and helpful. He waited for us late in the night and was extremely accommodating. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and is on the ground floor. His attention to detail was much appreciated especially with the Christmas decorations in the apartment and the welcome chocolates. I wish him all the best and would recommend this cost effective place to anyone wanting to visit Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus village.

My family stayed at Mr. Tapani’s place for 4 nights. Tapani picked us from the bus station. The residence is clean and airy, well located on the banks of a frozen river and as seen in the pictures. Tapani is a very pro-active, kind and a responsive and at 77 an energetic host. The Accomodation is 20 minutes walk to the centre, 10 minute drive to the Santa Claus village. The highlight of our stay was the traditional sauna followed by Jacuzzi which Tapani arranged for us. A very functional kitchen, with breakfast cereals, some pasta and other condiments. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommend.
