My favorite Airbnb ever, great atmosphere, great people, very clean, very friendly!

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

The view from the room was awesome, loved listening to the waves as we slept. Enjoyed our walks on the beach. Room was a good size for us. Also loved the Panini sandwich we got for lunch. Overall, was good spot for our 2 day stay.

Diane & Jonathon’s apartment was a great place for us to start our Alaskan trip in Anchorage. The location is perfect and has everything you need. Great views of the water and park! Would stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Booked last minute for a weekend trip with the family and it was an absolute treat! Everything was perfect, there was a view from every window. The kids loved the bunk beds and I absolutely ADORED the coffee kiosk on site. I am currently looking for another excuse to come to Homer again just to stay at this house.

Beautiful location. Loved the amenities like the campfire every night looking over the water, sauna was clean, and breakfast had homemade goods that were delish. Eagles nest was just as described. No tv. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

This home is perfect if you’re looking for the perfect Alaskan experience. The view of the river is gorgeous. There were two bald eagles that showed themselves often. Gary gave us perfect instructions for fishing and even left us bait and tackle. He was always responsive and genuinely a perfect host.

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

We have family on the Kenai Peninsula and have been looking for our go to "home away from home" for our visits...and I think we found it! Carl gave me clear directions and check in instructions before our arrival and let me know that the place was ready before the normal check in. It was exactly as described, totally clean, and had pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay. Parking is right outside the entrance for easy in and out. The decor and custom touches were very nice - especially loved the door to the unit. It was filled with light from the large windows and sliding door. The bathroom was generously sized. Bed was comfy. There were extra blankets, great for cool fall mornings. It was lovely to walk on the beach and watch the sunsets. We are very grateful that we were able to have hubby's mom and brother over for family dinner. We hope to be able to return more frequently and for longer visits now that we've found this wonderful place to stay.

Amber is a great host! The house was clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Amber went above and beyond even letting us use a personal cooler for our lunches during the day while fishing. A couple of our guys did complain about how uncomfortable a couple of the beds where. But they made it work. Overall a great experience and again Amber is an exceptional host! We will be back.

Beautiful home with 5 star views. This gem of a find is located just a short walk to the start of the Iditarod and the gorgeous views of the water with the mountains behind. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to town and the waterfront area. The inside is so comfortable with ample seating, large dining table and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfy and lots of pillow choices, which is always a nice touch. Perhaps our favorite part, next to the otters, bald eagles and seals right outside the door, was the beautiful pottery throughout the kitchen for our use. We will be back for sure. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Amazing spot right by Campbell Creek. Peaceful and out of the way, but still close to all the town things.

Our family of 5 and an infant stayed and enjoyed every minute. House is beautiful, view is absolutely stunning, there is a lot to do on the premises and in surrounding area. We spent a lot of time walking beaches and boardwalks of spit area, incredible hiking using the water taxi, caught a lot of fish, and crossed many items off of our list. Even though we didn’t use fire pit, it looks awesome. Home is clean and very well stocked. Connie was great to work with - highly recommend!!

Late summer escape from the farm & Oklahoma heat. We got what we expected & more. My husband, cousin & spouse from NY, & our two grown men boys, arriving & departing different days. The Kenai airport made travel much easier & short flights from & to Anchorage were flight-seeing without the $500+ price tag (according to my cousin). So well equipped, & the local grocery Fred Meyer (that we called the car dealership) was well stocked, people pleasant & helpful...I always left with a smile. The weather was perfect (50-60) & we shipped home 100 lbs of halibut & cod! The fishing in the Kenai was not very successful since we weren't set up for the fast current...but what a mesmerizing & great way to start the day having morning coffee on the river deck. So appreciate Manuel & Debbie for sharing their beautiful home built by Manuel & his dad, John, & many friends. I love the legacy. Tony & Gina Crotty, Stillwater, OK

This is my Alaska home when I’m in Anchorage for work! I love this place. Perfect location, you can walk to downtown (slight uphill) and to watch the sunset on the patio is beyond words. Can’t wait to come back in the late summer.

Beautiful! My family with five kids stayed here. It was safe, clean, and beautiful inside and out. The view was fantastic!

All expectations met. the unit was clean, adequately equipped, private-ish, and peaceful. The river view from the deck is really wonderful. The property is very well kept, and the large lawn was perfect for playing catch and tag with our 8-yo grandson, who was staying with us. only a 20-minute walk to Safeway and Sportsman's Warehouse. Lots of fishing access within an easy drive for both the Kenai and Kasilof. Also lots of lakes. We loved the Kasilof for all the eagles, but didn't catch many fish there. It was pretty early in the season. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to relax and unwind even in the off season. The condo was spacious, homey and the views unbeatable.

Surrounded by beautiful views from every room. The house was large and very clean, felt super comfortable. It was the wonderful getaway from the city that we were looking for! Not to mention it’s not far from most of the shops and restaurants in Girdwood. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back again!
