Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
