The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

In the village there is a butcher, baker and a water tread pool. The nearest town (Schweich) is 4 km away. Kenn is served by several well-developed cycle paths from which you can set off in any direction (bicycles can be parked safely). (Additional information: The fireplace in the living room cannot be used)

Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

You live in a self-contained apartment on your own floor with a separate entrance, which you reach via an entrance through the landlady's beautifully landscaped rose garden. There is a cozy bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Here you can relax wonderfully after a beautiful vacation day in our region.
