Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kentucky

Very quiet inside and quiet neighborhood where my fiancee and I could relax and unwind after a long month. Close to many restaurants and bars & Barbara is just the friendliest person. If you into vintage, you'll love this place even more.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Beth was amazing as a host. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and felt like home with some zest. The view out of the front large half round window was beautiful. Everything was within walking distance for our plans. We highly recommend this place and will visit again soon.

Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

Great location for our Bourbon tasting Birthday weekend. Restaurants and tasting rooms very close. We enjoyed a very quiet building! I often won't book a condo or apartment because I'm a light sleeper and hallway noise keeps me from getting good sleep. I didn't hear one peep from inside the building. The building was secure and easy to access. The space was comfortable and lots of great details were appreciated. I especially was grateful for the makeup table. hair turban for the shower, and extra toiletries! The kitchen was shocked well with spices, cooking supplies and dishes. Kristin shared Restaurants to check out with us and was very responsive/proactive! Great stay!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

This place is a real gem, a diamond in an historic building right in the middle of everything cool. The thoughtfulness of the design and restoration is evident, and another example of why I might never stay in a "hotel" again. This was a comfortable, memorable stay. Thank you!

Tony’s place was absolutely phenomenal. It was in great condition, we had 4 guys and each had their own spot to sleep comfortably. Absolutely no complaints and already planning a golf trip next year

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was great and the area was very peaceful. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. We were a last minute booking and a late arrival and he was ver accommodating. Will definitely stay her again.

Wendy was a great host. We frequent Woodson bend and I will be saving her place as an option in the future. Walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You will need to purchase ice as the fridge did not make any, not a big deal since you can get a bag at the guard shack for a few bucks. The only thing I will mention is that I believe owner has a dog so if you have allergies, be mindful of this. My wife dealt with allergies during our stay so she avoided the living room and took Benadryl to help. We were gone most of the day at the pool or on the lake. Overall, nice and peaceful, would recommend.

I Highly recommend booking this rental. It is more stunning than the pictures describe. Our host communicated fast, was very friendly, and accommodating. I will most definitely be booking again.

We had a great stay in Elizabeth Town at this home. The home was basically all new and was outstanding. The layout was very workable for a large party. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were really nice. We were in town for a family wedding and hosted a large family dinner at the house. The projection TV and theater room with gaming was a big hit. Upstairs the Massage Chair was very popular and had a lot of use. The kitchen area was very useable and made food prep and clean up easy. The neighborhood was outstanding and easy to get to right off of the main road. We highly recommend this home. Great location and easy to access many great distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Overall great place at a great price! Cannot beat this price for this large of a place that is for sure! Amenities were awesome and the town was great to be able to walk to everything. The overlook was beautiful. Only thing was that the grill main burner did not work as it leaked out the sides and did not ignite with the igniter, maybe just need to replace it but the kitchen hood greatly made up for it and allowed us to cook burgers and steaks inside no problem. Thank you so much! Looking forward to staying in the future if available.

So nice to have space and a kitchen. Very clean and everything was nicely labeled. I wish it wasn't so cold so we could have enjoyed the front porch. Beds seem new and couch was comfy and worn in (had to fluff the cushions after a movie), but it was very homey! Would stay again.

Cozy house in a wooded cul-de-sac. Conveniently located in Lexington. House offered many amenities for my teenagers as we celebrated a Birthday. We all enjoyed the Game Room, Pool Table, Jacuzzi and beautiful backyard. Dining room table is a nice gathering spot for a family and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Thanks Harrison!

Ross is an amazing host. Among the best! He is very kind, proactive, and responsive in communication. The house is set up beautifully for guests. It's hard to describe, but just little things everywhere--signs for guests so they know what around the house and what they can use, a chalkboard for a shower schedule, games, book, work out equipment. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. It was like everywhere we turned we were like "hey, look at that." It was really warm and fun place to stay. Thanks Ross! Your hospitality made for a wonderful stay!

Our family had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Adnan’s home provided ample sleeping space and space for our group to spread out with the teens in the basement. Bathrooms on every floor were a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, and essentials, including plastic ware, foil, Saran Wrap and ziplock baggies. These were the little things that made our visit so relaxing. Plenty of garbage bags and cookware. The hot tub was amazing and super clean. We had an issue with the WiFi dropping and stalling. I wish I had reached out to the hosts because I did find out they would’ve been able to help. I live in the area and had the same internet provider and experienced those issues with weak service. I had to ditch them. Overall, we were mostly able to stream to multiple TV’s and devices. Thanks for everything! We loved your home and would stay again!
