Delightful, spacious house, sleeps six. Parking.

This is a wonderful holiday house, sleeps six, spacious and welcoming. It is only a five minute level walk into Keswick, a great location for exploring this beautiful area. The house offers private off street parking and pretty garden to front and back with seating area. Also a real log fire in the front sitting room. All mod cons, from Smart TV, great WIFI. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker. We have a BBQ and table tennis table too. Brand new bathroom

Relax in this family and dog friendly modern refurbished detached house. Bowness village is just 5 mins walk. Rear garden: hot tub and summer house with views of Lake Windermere. Balcony from lounge with BBQ and alfresco dining. Two upstairs bedrooms with King Size beds and own ensuite bathrooms. Two downstairs bedrooms with Superking beds which can be twin on request. One with ensuite bathroom and the other a bathroom just across the hall. Lots of private parking space outside the house.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.
